Imtiaz – Social media Case Study


Pushing boundaries in Dubai’s real estate sector Imtiaz are becoming an extremely well know brand as one of the leading developer’s in the Emirate. Delivering some of the finest projects the level of trust is the highest in the industry and Imtiaz as a brand continue to go from strength to strength. 

The Challenge 

Being one of  the many developers in Dubai in a booming property market the challenge for Imtiaz was to draw as much attention towards their new projects as possible in a very competitive space. With the likes of Emaar and Nakheel spending millions of Dirhams a month promoting new projects we needed to strategize and work smartly to ensure we got as many impressions and eyes on both the Imtiaz brand and also the new projects as possible. 

The Strategy and results. 

A 360 approach was taken with social media marketing.

To begin with the focus was to add structure and consistency to the social content & overall design that was being created and delivered. Through video, creative ideas and photography, we were able to add real footage and promote on the social channels in a creative, fun, and engaging manner which helped increase followers by almost 5,000 in just a few months without spending a single dirham on Ads.  Social Ad’s and a in conjunction with an SEO campaign was launched to zone in on the brand awareness and also began targeting particular development’s while maintaining regular content production for the socials which in the last six months created almost 4 million impressions across Dubai and the UAE.
